Human Design isn’t a personality test where you answer questions, you put in your birth information (your birth time, date and place).

There are many different sub categories within a design, but the place where you start is your energy type.If you’re not using your energy towards the right things in your life, you’re goign to waste so much energy and then you’re not going to get the most bang out of your buck from what you’re putting in. So the place you want to start is - how do you use your energy?

There are 5 energy types, and these are not personalities, they’re just how you use your energy.

1. Energy types

Generators :

Main energetic task : cultivate so much lifeforce inside of them that it spills out of them. What happens when it spills out of you, because you’ve made such an excess, is that it lifts everyone else up. That’s why they’re called generaotrs, because they generate life force for the rest of the planet. The only condition is that you have to be in your joy in order to create that life force. When you’re in your joy, it creates such a spill over and it draws everyone to you. These people have this juiy, drawing-you-in kind of energy. Their aura is very open, welcoming and envelopping. Generators are day in and day out devoted, and then it compounds : it’s a dance between them and their craft.

The biggest conditionning that they have is that they get applauded for things they didn’t to do (it’s your duty to do this, it’s good to sacrifice yourself…). They’re not doing anyone any favors when they’re doing something that they don’t want to do, beacuse they can go through the motions but if their enegy wasn’t there to lift the person up (and that’s what people actually want from them evern though they don’t know that’s what they want from them). It’s their duty to do their joy.

Manifestors :

Historically manifestors where always kings and queens of countries and they were always people that conquered countries. They are the people that are so full on when they have this urge to do something, it’s a whildwild, and there’s no one getting in the way. When they’re there and they feel like they’re overcome by this urge, they’re going to create something.

Manifestors are at 200%, and then they need to be a 2%. They are very kind of fits and start type of energy in terms of their creativity and their bursts. Their aura is very shielded, very selective. You notice them as soon as they walk in the room even if they’re trying to be unnoticeable.

They are people who are here to make the first impact on people, but then they’re supposed to pull back and let the chips fall where they may. Manifestors put things out and then it justs does what it needs to do.

Manifestors are not here to be likeable but that’s their biggest conditionning. They’re born with such big, impactful auras. Be small, be likeable, people-please, get permission from otehr people before you go and do that random urge.

Manifesting Generators :

They are a hybrid between Generators and Manifestors. They have the lifeforce of generators, but energetically they have the sponteneity of Manifestors. They are the multihyphonats of the world. they somehow combine loads of different things and somehow make sens of it even though you would never think that. They may do many different things in one life time. MG’s biggest conditionning is that you can’ do loads of different things, you have to make sens of yourself before you start. They master things very quickly. They’re supposed to pivot more. They get so set back by telling themselves that they need to slow it down, to stick with things, to over commit to things. They’re the people who want to be going in all of these different directions and the world is saying “pick one lane, slow it down and stay in it”.

Projectors :

They have only been around for 200 years. In 1871, we entered into a different area where now it’s no longer about the foundations but about creating and expressing our divine innovation through us. So to give the Generators, the Manifestors and the Manifesting Generators a little bit of help, there were projectors that were born/created. Their job is really not to think about what they’re going to do with their lives, but actually about : if you need to get from A to B, how can I lend you an eye that helps you get from A to B even better than you could have thought of. Projectors are the people who are obsessed with efficiency, or a system, or seeing something in a slightly different way. They are here to share that with people and not so much think about what they’re doing, what they’re achieving. Projectors often obsses about being successful and try to do it the way they see everyone else doing it (moving through the world and expending their batteries). A projector doesn’t need to keep up pace wise, because they physically can’t. Projectors can see seomthing very specific that they are here to share with other poeple, that helps other poeple. Their biggest conditoning is that they’re slower than everyone else, they think they need to keep up. They often grow up super bossy and try to tell people what to do, but if they try to give it to everyone or impose it, it’s going to completely back fire. A big part of being a projector is about waiting until people come to them.

Reflectors :

Reflctors are 1% of the population. Reflectors as a type have they least in common with eachother, because they are such camelions. Their energy is completely open. They’re like an open sponge to the world. The reason they’re called reflectors is, if they’re not identifying with everything they’re picking up, they can show you who you are, because it’s bouncing off of them. It’s not about their identity but more of experiences they get to have.
